While founding EnSky Real Estate LLC in UAE, Ayub brought a wealth of leadership and strategic industry experience from America, combining an extensive background in information technology business, real estate and franchise business solutions. As EnSky President, Ayub brings a customer-service focus and first-person management style to his role overseeing all EnSky operations. He emphasizes on two-way communication, fostering a bond with clients’ and inspiring loyalty and dedication of EnSky.

Prior to founding EnSky, Ayub was the Director & Managing Partner of AAK Realty & Investments, LLC, USA; STAK Constructions USA; Legacy One Mortgages & Investments Inc. USA; & a Food Franchise business in Florida, USA. Ayub has received many prestigious awards both in his Academic proficiencies as well during his tenure with HP, DELL etc., in Business Operation area in USA. Ayub is an Engineering graduate with MBA in International Business & Marketing from one of the prestigious universities in New York, USA.
